pickups
The stacked humbuckers of the hexa one produce a vintage single-coil sound without the normally associated hum. Clean sounds are classic, bright and airy, but these pickups have enough output to produce impressive overdrive sounds, too.
The hexa one´s ´Classic-Stacks´ made by Seymour-Duncan can be switched to conventional single-coil mode. In this setting, an even crisper sound can be achieved.
The shielding of the entire electronics, i.e. the control compartment and the pickup recesses reduces hum to a bare minimum - even when playing near strong magnetic fields.
