The hexa two offers the comfortably playable neck and the acrylic body of the hexa one optimised for low weight and best tonal characteristics. Certainly it will be the choice of those musicians who prefer to play Les Paul type guitars. Due to the 630 mm scale the string tension is lower than with Strat type guitars and tone bending is easier.
The hexa two is equipped with two Seymour Duncan humbucking pickups. In the neck position we use a PAF 59 while in the neck position a Jeff Beck type offers higher output.
The excellent sustain of the acrylic body even is improved by leading the strings through the body.
The overall construction results in a warm and powerful sound with harmonics which can easily be controlled by the volume knobs.
For details of the control section see hexa one.
